tools of intricate and heavy jobs since 1972.
We have developed the machining of Ni-hard Grinding
Rings, Grinding segments (Roller segments, Tyres,
Table liners etc.,) for all kind of pulverizing
mills, especially for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. |

authorized reclaimer for Diffusion Engineers,
and are doing reclamation of Crane wheels, SMS-I
rolls, clinker grinders etc. |

We specialize
in Coke Oven and Sintering Plant items like
Door Frames, Flash Plates, Door bodies &
Pallet Frames (with complete assembly).

We have
undertaken the Hard facing, machining, balancing
& blue matching of Blast Furnacel Bell’s
and protective cover for Steel Plant. |

We have
executed in bulk long drilling of SMS-II
CONCAST, Guide & Pinch Rollers, up to
50 rolls per month. |

We have
also got shrink-fitting facilities. We have
designed & developed shrink fitting
of M.S. rings over bottom grinding rings. |
|
We are
also into reconditioning & revamping
of machines and have successfully undertaken
Reconditioning of Heavy Duty Turning Lathe
and Horizontal Boring Machine (Russian Make). |

We also
undertake In-Situ jobs. Have machined In-situ,
Generator base plates of NSPCL. And have
infrastructure to develop any kind of machinery
as per critical requirements. |

We are
also into fabrication and have undertaken
jobs like Fabrication of Girder Beams, Slag
Car Bogies, Ladle Beam Frames, Apron Pans,
Fabrication of Drum / Snub pulley etc. Lately
we have successfully supplied Cathode Cassette
Stands, Vacuum Ladle Rings, Bottom Base
Plate of Cathode Shell for Smelter Plan.
& Bath Cilo etc. |
